Review: Garden by The Bay

Hey! Garden by The Bay is a newly attraction in Singapore. Gardens by the Bay brings to life NParks' vision of creating a City in a Garden. The Gardens captures the essence of Singapore as the premier tropical Garden City with the perfect environment in which to live and work - making Singapore a leading global city of the 21st century.

So what about it?
You might want to take some time off with your family strolling down the garden, sort of bonding with your family together? or Maybe romantic walk by the bay.

It take quite awhile to get the ticket. There are 2 queue for you to get your ticket but it seem that Singaporean and Tourist have a different pricing so do look out for that, alright enough of blabbing First stop! Flower Dome,

My dad alway love to photobomb~ oh yeah, that my bro and my ganny~

Step into the Flower Dome and you’ll be standing in awe of nature. Spectacular and innovative in design, it is one of the icons of Bay South Garden. The Flower Dome replicates the cool-dry climate of Mediterranean regions like South Africa, California and parts of Spain and Italy. Home to a collection of plants from deserts all over the world, it showcases the adaptations of plants to arid environments. Stop and smell the flowers in the colourful changing displays of the Flower Field, which reflects different seasons, festivals and themes.

Enjoy a cooling and leisurely stroll through the Flower Dome and experience the eerie profile of the baobabs, surrounded by fascinating succulents. Immerse yourself in the spectacular view of the Marina reservoir skyline, as you embark on your journey through the Mediterranean Basin, South West Australia, South Africa, Central Chile and California. You'll discover amazing plants and flowers from different corners of the globe, and you'll be amazed by how different parts of the trees are used in daily lives across different cultures.

End of the day~

BlogEvnt: Sold.Sg Launch Party

Hey! If you follow my blog closed a year ago I did blog about them

This time around they are even BIGGER then before! Their office totally look damn cool then before! Imagine a office sitting next to your boss :)

Sold.sg, Singapore’s premier online shopping destination, will soft launch the Sold.sg
Shop & Sold.sg Sale sites this September, adding 2 new e-commerce channels to their popular pay-to bid auction model.

These 2 channels will offer consumers more choices, appealing to all types of shoppers. Consumers can choose either the strategic, competitive and thrill-seeking shopping experience by bidding for products on Sold.sg Auctions, or elect to buy an item outright, “busy shopaholic-style,” from Sold.sg Shop or Sold.sg Sale.

The Sold.sg products team will continue to carefully curate all products in the lifestyle and gadgets realm, to ensure items are of the highest quality or are the best in their category. Consumers can also expect to see items that they may not find in other online stores.

"One of the things that sets Sold.sg apart from all the other online shops is the idea of Soldger curation, meaning every product you see on the site was hand-chosen because of its  craftsmanship, unique provenance, amazing aesthetics and unfailing qualities." says co-founder and the products team lead Angeline Tham.

The Sold.sg site has also undergone a complete redesign, with a sophisticated new user interface. From the main page, consumers can view the Sold.sg Shop, Sale and Auction pages. They can find out which Auctions are ending soon, which products are selling quickly, and what’s on sale.
The Sold.sg official media launch party will be held on 18 September 2012 at Hummerstons, a stylish
Restaurant & Bar in Singapore’s trendy Robertson Quay, where guests will be treated to an exclusive live demonstration of the Sold.sg Shop, Sale and Auction sites. Additionally, Sold.sg’s strategic partners, Sprint Cass, Parisilk and Advance Lap, will be showcasing some of their premium or brand new product lines for guests to view and sample.

“The Sold.sg Shop and Sale sites will offer  our customers immediate gratification,” says Sold.sg cofounder Tian Qiuyan. “If they see something they like, they can make an instant purchase and have their purchase delivered right to their doorstep.”

“On the other hand, not forgetting the shoppers who thrive on the strategic side of Sold.sg Auctions, they can still shop via this channel where more exciting features will be added in the near future.”
“The new Sold.sg will bring more choice to our users and allow them to experience entertainment
shopping at its best.”
